Steps:
- In a large pot combine tomatoes, tomato paste, broccoli, carrots, onion, zucchini, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, bay leaves, olive oil, basil, rosemary, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, sugar, and water. Heat to just boiling, cover and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until all vegetable are tender, approximately 45 minutes. Stir occasionally.n

Steps:
- Clean and cut your fresh vegetables into small bite size pieces.
- Next add oil and all your vegetables to a five quart sauce pan, high heat for about four minutes.
- Next add soup packet mix, can of stewed tomatoes, and all of V-8 juice, bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes to an hour.
- If you want your soup to have some heat add a couple dashes of the Cholula hot sauce to individual servings.Very tasty soup.

Pat into an ungreased 9x5-in. loaf pan., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50 minutes. Spread ketchup over top; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°.

This is nothing like V8. I had problems with the horseradish as well. Since it is a solid, it doesn't dissolve and just floats around on the top. Maybe some people like that. The "V8" was very watery and a bit bland. I think that instead of juicing the tomatoes. It was closer to Clamato I guess than V8.
