These delicious bars have double the chocolate, caramel and cookie flavors that are found in your favorite Twix™ candy bar.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, leaving extra hanging off sides; spray bottom with cooking spray. Press dough in bottom of pan; bake 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on cooling rack.
- In 2-quart saucepan, heat caramels and whipping cream over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until caramels are melted. Remove from heat. Spread over warm cookie base.
- Bake 5 minutes; return to cooling rack. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top; let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Spread melted chips evenly over filling. Let cool 30 minutes. Sprinkle with Twix™ bar pieces; pressing in lightly.
- Refrigerate bars until chocolate is firm, about 1 hour. Remove from pan using foil as handles. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows; cut each bar in half diagonally for a total of 24 triangle-shaped bars.

It may look impressive (and daunting), but this classic Millionaire Shortbread recipe is insanely easy to bake at home. It starts with a perfect and simple buttery shortbread base. On top: a 2-ingredient caramel that starts with pre-made candies. To top it all off, a layer of decadent chocolate sprinkled with flaky sea salt.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 300°. Line a 13"-x-9" pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Make shortbread layer: Cream softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and vanilla and mix until a bread crumb texture forms. Press mixture into a prepared pan and prick all over with a fork. Bake until lightly golden, 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Make caramel layer: in a small saucepan over medium-low heat, stir caramels and cream together until melted, 10 minutes. Pour over cooled shortbread crust. Make chocolate layer: Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals and stir until smooth. Pour over caramel layer. Refrigerate 20 minutes until firm, then slice into bars. Top with flaky sea salt.

- Line a 9-in. square baking pan with foil and grease the foil with 1 teaspoon butter. Arrange a single layer of crackers in the pan., In a large saucepan, combine milk, brown sugar, corn syrup and remaining butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to maintain a low boil; cook and stir 7 minutes. Remove from heat. Evenly spread a third of the mixture over the crackers. Repeat cracker and caramel layers twice., Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel; let stand 3-5 minutes or until glossy. Spread over top. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until chocolate is set. Using foil, lift layers out of pan; cut into 3x1-in. bars.
