4 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
4 cups frozen broccoli florets, steamed
1 (7 ounce) package chicken rice pilaf mix, mix (instant -- I like Knorrs)
1 1/3 cups milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup chopped celery
1 can corn, drained
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped onion

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until rice is tender.

3/4 pound uncooked turkey breast
2 tablespoons butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1-1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons minced fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Dash pepper
3 to 4 cups hot cooked pasta

Steps:

  • Cut turkey into 2-in. x 1/4-in. pieces. In a large skillet, saute turkey in butter until turkey is browned and no longer pink, about 6 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer., Add the cream, basil, cheese and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. , Stir in pasta and toss to coat.
