1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon butter
2 cups finely chopped cooked turkey
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
3 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
Dill weed

Steps:

  • In a nonstick skillet, saute celery and onion in butter for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add turkey and soup; mix well. Remove from the heat., Separate crescent dough into 24 triangles. Place 1 tablespoon turkey mixture on the wide end of each triangle; roll up from wide end. Place pointed side down 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Curve ends to form crescent shape. Sprinkle with dill. , Bake at 350° for 8-9 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

This easy casserole is so delicious and is a great way to serve leftover turkey and all the trimmings.

2 cups prepared stuffing (any flavor)
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked turkey
1/2 cup turkey gravy
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet or 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1 cup canned whole berry cranberry sauce

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. In 3-quart saucepan, mix stuffing, turkey and gravy. Cook over medium-high heat until hot, stirring constantly. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  • Unroll dough; cut dough crosswise into 4 rectangles (if using crescent rolls, press perforations to seal). Place rectangles over stuffing, leaving space between rectangles for steam to escape.
  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until crescents are golden brown. Serve topped with cranberry sauce.
