- Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.
- In large bowl, stir turkey, oats, soy sauce, seasoning blend, onion and egg white until well mixed. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 3/4 inch thick.
- Place patties on grill. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 15 minutes, turning once, until thermometer inserted in center of patty reads 165°F.
- Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise on bottom of each bun. Place burgers over mayonnaise; top with lettuce, tomatoes and top of buns.

A spicy, flavorful, and moist turkey burger. This is my husband's favorite. It tastes delicious and I make it with extra lean ground turkey breast. The grated onion adds moisture as well as flavor to the turkey.

- Combine mayonnaise, mustard, honey, horseradish, hot pepper sauce, and cayenne pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate.
- Mix ground turkey, grated onion, jalapeno, barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, steak seasoning, and mesquite seasoning in a large bowl. Form into 5 patties.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the onion; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low, and continue cooking and stirring until the onion is very tender and dark brown, 15 to 20 minutes more.
- Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C), about 6 minutes per side. Serve on buns topped with spicy sweet mayo and caramelized onions.

- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine well. Divide the mixture into 6 even portions (about 6 ounces each). Pat together into a tight ball, then press into a patty, ¾-inch thick. On the stovetop: Heat a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan. Place the patties in the skillet and let cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until the internal temperature of the turkey burger reaches 165°, about 5 more minutes. If you like cheese on your burgers, add it during the last minute of cooking, then cover to melt. Alternatively cook on the grill: Preheat your grill over medium-high heat, 400 to 425°. Oil the grill grates. Place the patties on the grill over direct heat. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, covered, or until the internal temperature reads 165°. If you like cheese on your burgers, add during the last minute of cooking, then cover to melt. Serve immediately on toasted buns with whatever toppings you like!

- PLACE turkey, grated onion, Blue Plate® Mayonnaise, Worcestershire, Dijon, salt and pepper in a large bowl and mix well. FORM four patties, about 1/2-inch thick. HEAT a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. (If using a grill, rub the grill with a little olive oil so burgers will not stick to grate.)
