1 slice(s) of Hy-Vee turkey bacon
1 Hy-Vee large egg
0 Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper
2 slice(s) of Hy-Vee Bakery 10-grain bread
1 c. of arugula
2 slice(s) of tomato
1 slice(s) of Hy-Vee reduced-fat provolone cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside.
  • 2. Break egg into same skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cook egg for 3 to 4 minutes or until white is completely set and yolk starts to thicken.
  • 3. Top one slice toasted bread with arugula, tomato slices, cheese, bacon and egg. Add remaining slice.

8 teaspoons Dijon mustard
8 oz thinly sliced cooked turkey (from deli)
4 oz thinly sliced Swiss cheese (from deli)
8 slices precooked bacon

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Unroll dough on work surface; separate into 8 triangles.
  • Spread each triangle with 1 teaspoon mustard. Top each with turkey, cheese and bacon, cutting to fit if necessary. Roll up loosely as directed on can. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; curve into crescent shape.
  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
