2 streaky bacon rashers
butter , for spreading
3 slices bread , white or brown, or a mix
1 thick slice cooked turkey
a little mayonnaise and mustard
few lettuce leaves, shredded
½ avocado , sliced

Steps:

  • Grill the bacon until crisp, then drain on kitchen paper.
  • Butter one slice of bread on one side, then cover with the turkey, a little mayonnaise and the lettuce.
  • Butter both sides of the next slice of bread, then put on top of the turkey.
  • Spread a little mustard over the bread, then arrange the bacon on top, with the sliced avocado.
  • Butter the last slice of bread and put on top. Press the sandwich down lightly, then cut in half diagonally.

12 slices Toast
1 small Iceberg lettuce
4 tomatoes
4 tablespoons Remoulade
200 grams Bacon
300 grams turkey breasts

Steps:

  • Cut the turkey breast into 8 thin slices. Heat the butter in a skillet, and saute the turkey until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Heat the butter in a skillet and cook the bacon until crispy. Rinse and dry the lettuce and cut up. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Toast the bread and brush one side of each slice with remoulade.
  • Divide half the tomato slices between 4 slices of toast. Top each with 2 turkey breast slices and cover with a slice of toast. Top with lettuce leaves, bacon and the remaining tomatoes and cover with a slice of toast. Serve the sandwiches cut diagonally.
