Steps:
- Mix the truffle oil, parsley, and Parmesan cheese in a heat-safe bowl.
- Place unopened package of popcorn into center of microwave oven; cook on High power until the bag fills with popped corn and the pops occur about 2 seconds apart (1 1/2 to 4 minutes, depending on oven's power). Open hot bag carefully and pour into bowl. Toss with truffle oil mixture; season to taste with sea salt.

Steps:
- Pop the kernels in a standard hot-air popper or in a covered deep saucepan with corn oil.
- Transfer the warm popcorn to a large bowl, and add the butter and truffle oil. Toss well to coat the popcorn.
- Add the Parmesan, chives, salt and pepper. Toss well.
- Transfer the popcorn to a brown paper bag or a serving bowl. Serve immediately.

- Spritz the popcorn with butter flavor PAM and white truffle oil, in desired amounts. Start with TINY amounts and toss the popcorn as you spray. A little bit of the truffle oil goes a LONG way… Toss the popcorn with additional salt or some grated Parmesan cheese after the oil is sprayed on, if desired. (Tip - One of those small plastic squirt bottles found in the “vacation miniature toiletries” section works just as well as a genuine oil mist sprayer… but it should be opaque and not clear if you store the truffle oil in it for a time).
