Steps:
- Wash and clean your trotters thoroughly.
- Add your trotters to a pot. Add water enough to cover your trotters and bring to boil. Once boiling turn down the heat and allow to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add your stock cubes, allow to simmer on low to medium heat for a further 1½ hours or until soft. Add salt to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!

- Clean the pork trotters and put them to boil in a pot with the bay leaves, a little salt and black pepper. Then remove the half-boiled trotters from the heat.
- Cut all the vegetables and put them in a pressure cooker. Add the trotters with half of their broth. Season with spices and close the pressure cooker. Boil for about an hour.
