- Place Twinkie halves in a 13" x 9" dish. Layer with vanilla pudding, banana slices, crushed pineapple, coconut, and whipped topping. Garnish as desired (toasted coconut and cherries works well). Serve chilled.

Steps:
- For rimming the glass, spread castor sugar on a plate. Grate the zest of the lemons over it and mix well.
- Rub lemon wedges on the rims of the glasses and dip in the sugar-lemon zest mixture till the entire rim is well coated well. Set aside.
- To make one portion of the cocktail, pour 60 ml white rum with coconut liqueur into a blender jar, add 60 ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp mango puree, ½ cup frozen mango chunks, 2 tsps lemon juice and a few ice cubes and blend into a smooth and thick mixture.
- Pour into a prepared glass and garnish with a blue orchid and serve immediately.
