10 Barilla Collezione Lasagneplatten
1 Glas Barilla Sauce Bolognese
60 g Parmigiano Reggiano
Béchamel:
900 ml Milch
50 g Butter
50 g Mehl
Salz
1 Prise Muskatnuss

Steps:

  • Die Béchamel zubereiten: Butter schmelzen, Mehl hinzugeben und umrühren. Heiße Milch hinzugeben, mit Salz und Muskatnuss würzen und zum Kochen bringen. Beiseite stellen.
  • Eine Auflaufform oder ein viereckiges Ofenblech fetten. Von unten nach oben: eine Schicht Béchamel, ein paar Tropfen Barilla Sauce Bolognese, eine Schicht mit zwei Reihen Lasagne-Platten.
  • 5-mal wiederholen, dabei die Schichten von Sauce Bolognese, Lasagneplatten, Béchamel und geriebenem Parmigiano Reggiano abwechseln. (Es muss für die oberste Schicht noch genügend Béchamel übrig sein!).
  • 20–25 min bei 180°C im Ofen backen lassen.
  • Aus dem Ofen nehmen, 10 min abkühlen lassen und servieren.
