EASY TRADER JOE’S MEAL: CRUSTLESS BROCCOLI & UNEXPECTED ...

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400*F.
- Add broccoli florets (half of the bag) to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for about 3 minutes, until defrosted. Chop roughly into smaller pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and coconut milk until smooth.
- Stir in the cheddar, Canadian bacon, grated cheese, garlic powder, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spray a 9" pie dish with cooking oil spray (I like the Trader Joe's Coconut Oil spray). Pour the quiche into the dish.
- Bake for approximately 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the eggs are cooked all the way through. Slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!
