white onion, quartered
Poblano peppers
chicken broth
salt
corn tortillas, cut into stripes
canola oil, divided
cooked shredded chicken
avocado, diced
fresh chopped cilantro
crumbled Cotija cheese
Daisy Sour Cream
whole milk

Steps:
