4 fat free tortillas (10inch)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
1 medium sized onion, sliced
1 small garlic clove, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup low-fat ranch dressing

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Wrap tortillas in foil. Heat in 350°F oven 10-15 minutes until warm.
  • Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.Place skillet over med-high heat. Add chicken, onion and garlic; saute until chicken is no longer pink in the center, 4-6 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Top each with lettuce and tomato. Drizzle each with 2-3 TBSP dressing. Roll up tortillas and serve.

Tortilla wraps are perfect for a quick dinner, but if you long for something warm and cozy, try this! After you prepare the tortilla wraps, bake them in the oven for a few minutes. Our suggestion for tonight: chicken tortilla wraps with melted cheddar!

1 chicken breast
½ cup salsa sauce
⅔ cup spring onion
½ teaspoon oregano
salt
pepper
¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 flour tortillas
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
tomato sauce for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/175 degrees C.
  • Boil the chicken breast.
  • Let it cool and cut it in small pieces.
  • Put the chicken pieces in a medium bowl and add the salsa sauce.
  • Add the spring onion, the oregano, salt, pepper, and Cheddar cheese.
  • Mix them together.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal parts.
  • Wrap each part in flour tortillas.
  • Make an egg wash by whisking the egg with the milk.
  • Put the tortilla rolls in a baking dish and coat them with egg wash using a silicone brush.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • If you want, serve with tomato sauce!

It didnt change the points at all according to the recipe builder on ww online. I used whole wheat tortillas and those made my points go up by 2.(so 4 in total) which still wasnt bad. these are pretty good and fast to make.I was gonna have one and a piece of fruit but the wrap was filling enough. I couldnt find the fat free cream cheese in the garden veggie flavor so i used regular fat free. update! 3-02-09 made these again(lol) still used the plain cream cheese, ff, but instead of sprinkling with the cayenne pepper, i used italian seasoning and garlic powder! it was delicious! i wont use the cayenne again the italian seasoning is the best! feel free to change the seasoning up a bit and let me know how you did it!:)
