1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup frozen peas
3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Cook tortellini according to package directions, adding peas during the last 5 minutes of cooking., Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook and stir 2 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1-2 minutes longer or until shrimp turn pink., Drain tortellini mixture; add to skillet. Stir in salt, thyme, pepper and remaining oil; toss to coat.

Ingredients

2 cups small shell pasta uncooked
1 1/2 pounds cooked shrimp halved
1 cup celery thinly sliced
1/2 green bell pepper finely chopped
1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped
1/2 small red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
2 tsps old bay seasoning

Steps:

Cook pasta in boiling salted water as directed on package. Rinse under cold water. Drain.In a large bowl toss pasta in with shrimp celery green and red bell peppers and red onion.Mix mayo salad dressing and OLD BAY in small bowl. Pour over pasta mixture and mix well. Cover.Refrigerate 2 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with additional OLD BAY if desired.
