Una mezcla de flor de calabaza, rajas de chile poblano, jamón y requesón, envuelta en huevo y horneada.

Steps:
- Precalienta el horno a 180º centígrados. Engrasa un molde refractario y espolvorea con mitad del pan molido.
- Mezcla en un tazón la flor de calabaza, rajas de chile poblano, jamón, requesón, jitomate y cebolla.
- Bate las claras a punto de turrón, agrega las yemas poco a poco y sigue batiendo hasta incorporar completamente; sazona con sal y pimienta. Envuelve el huevo en la mezcla de flor de calabaza y vierte todo dentro del refractario engrasado. Distribuye encima en resto del pan y los trocitos de mantequilla.
- Hornea hasta que el huevo se haya cuajado y la superficie de la torta dorado, aproximadamente 30 minutos.
