A tomato rice recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

100 g Rice
100 g tomato
200 g Shimizu
100 g Sausage
50 grams Sweet corn kernels
50 grams corn
50 grams carrot
1/4 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Wash the rice
  • Soak the sausage slices in water for 10 minutes, dice the carrots, pour the rice and water into the pot
  • Add corn kernels, carrots, sausages and salt, and finally put a washed tomato on the heat
  • Bring to a boil on medium heat, low heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes; when eating, mix the tomatoes and rice well.

1 cup converted rice
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup crushed tomatoes

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan over medium heat, soften the onion and garlic in the oil.
  • Add the rice and stir to coat the grains with oil.
  • Add the broth and tomatoes.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer until cooked about 25 minutes.
