1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original French Bread
1/4 pound sliced turkey
1/4 pound sliced ham
1 tube tomato, sliced
2 avocados, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced thin
6 strips precooked bacon
4 slices cheese (Cheddar, American, Swiss, Muenster, or Provolone)
1/3 cup bottled salad dressing (Italian, ranch, honey mustard, or Caesar)

Steps:

  • Bake bread according to package directions.
  • Once bread has been cooked, remove from the oven, but don't turn off the oven. Slice bread in half lengthwise, right down the middle of the loaf.
  • Layer turkey, ham, tomato, avocado, cucumber, bacon, and cheese on the bottom half of the sandwich. Salt and pepper, if desired. Leaving it open-faced, transfer your load to a baking sheet. Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes, or just until the cheese is melted.
  • Drizzle with salad dressing. Serve immediately.

1 lb salami
1 lb mortadella
1 lb ham
1 lb provolone cheese
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 medium sliced tomatoes
2 cups banana pepper rings
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
4 hoagie rolls

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder and oregano; mix well.
  • Spread garlic mayo thickly on buns.
  • pile on meats and cheese and top with banana peppers.
  • toast under broiler for 3-5 minutes with oven door cracked watching closely.
  • top with lettuce and tomato.
