500 g Razor fish
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 piece ginger
2 pcs Dried chili
1 tablespoon Cooking wine
3 pieces Shallots
2 tablespoons Bibimbap

Steps:

  • Cut the green onion into small pieces, shred the ginger, add water to the pot, add the ginger slices and cooking wine, when the water is boiled, the shells of the razor clams and other shells are all opened and removed.
  • Pour oil in the pan, add dried chili when 60 to 70% is hot, green onion and ginger will burst out the fragrance, pour in the razor clams that have been put in the sauce and stir fry quickly
  • After the sauce is stir-fried, add a little light soy sauce to taste, stir fry for ten seconds and it will be out of the pan.
