This speedy tortilla supper counts as 3 of your 5 a day and needs just four ingredients. It doesn't get much easier than this veggie storecupboard meal

400g can kidney beans in spicy sauce
4 medium tortilla wraps
400g can chopped tomatoes with herbs
230g green salad

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Simmer the beans and tomatoes in a pan for 15 mins, then season.
  • Meanwhile, grease four holes of a muffin tin with oil. Line each with a tortilla, making a cup, and fill with a ball of foil. Bake for 5 mins until lightly crisped. Remove the foil, divide the bean mix between the tortilla cups and serve with the green salad.

1 package Crescent Dough Sheet
1 1/2 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Mixed Vegetables
1 cup Chicken
to taste Salt and Pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lay your Crescent Dough Sheet (1 package) flat then use a 3-inch cookie cutter to make round shapes. Lay the round dough shapes in the muffin pan and press along the bottom & sides.
  • Mix Cream of Chicken Soup (1 1/2 cup), Chicken (1 cup), and Mixed Vegetables (1 cup) in a bowl. Add Salt and Pepper (to taste).
  • Spoon the filling mix into the cups with about 1 to 2 tablespoons per cup.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool on cookie sheet for 3 to 5 minutes.
