- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Season with salt and pepper. , Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Top with Tater Tots. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until heated through.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Grease a large baking sheet with cooking spray. In a food processor, pulse steamed cauliflower until riced. Place riced cauliflower on a clean kitchen towel and squeeze to drain water. Transfer cauliflower to a large bowl with egg, cheddar, Parmesan, Panko, and chives and mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture and roll it into a tater-tot shape with your hands. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until tots are golden. Meanwhile, make spicy ketchup: Combine ketchup and Sriracha in a small serving bowl and stir to combine.
