Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Season tilapia fillets with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning on both sides. Arrange seasoned fillets in a single layer in the baking dish. Place a layer of lemon slices over the fish fillets. (about 2 slices per fillet so it covers most of the fish).
- Bake uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- While the fish is baking, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice and dill in a small bowl. Serve with tilapia.

- 1 Preheat oven to 400F.
- 2 Place Tilapia fillets in a non-stick pan and season with salt and pepper. Dollop butter on top of fillets.
- 3 In a small saucepan over medium heat add garlic, wine or chicken stock, lemon juice, and dill. Bring to a boil and boil for about 2 minutes.
- 4 Reduce heat and whisk in mustard and heavy cream. Continue to cook until it thickens, making sure to whisk the entire time.
- 5 Remove from heat and Whisk in butter pieces one at a time.
- 6 Bake fillets for 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with sauce on top.
