2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white onion, finely minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
  • Place dressing in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally, so that the sugar dissolves and the flavors blend.

1/2 c. non fat Greek yogurt
2 T. light mayonnaise
1/2 t. salt
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (finely chopped)
1 t. cider vinegar
1 garlic clove (minced)
2 T. ketchup
2-3 T. sweet pickle relish (I like my dressing a little less sweet so use 2 T.)
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. 2% milk (if using it as a salad dressing you may want to use 4 T. Try 2 T. first and adjust accordingly.)

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Taste and season accordingly.
