Super yummy pizza with the flavors of Thanksgiving, perfect for a casual feast any time of year, or using up leftovers. Note that one 18 ounce package of "Jennie-O So Easy Turkey Breast Roast in Homestyle Gravy" cooked 30 minutes is the perfect amount of gravy and turkey for two pizzas.

1 1/2 cups turkey gravy (it can be fat free from a jar or your favorite gravy)
1 lb turkey sausage, cooked and crumbled (or your favorite sausage)
2 cups turkey breast, cooked and shredded
1 cup celery, finely sliced
24 inches thin pizza crust (two 12-inch already baked or prepared crusts)
2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Spread half of gravy over top of each pizza.
  • Arrange half of sausage, turkey and celery over each pizza.
  • Sprinkle half a teaspoon of each spice over each pizza.
  • Evenly spread one cup of cheese over each pizza.
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded cooked turkey
1-1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1-1/2 teaspoons rubbed sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
1/2 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 medium sweet potato, baked, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir 6-8 minutes or until tender. Stir in turkey, thyme, sage, salt and pepper., Place crust on an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan or baking sheet. Top with cranberry sauce, turkey mixture, sweet potato, cheeses and cranberries; sprinkle with rosemary. Bake 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
