1 Cup of flour
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbs of Cajun spice
1/2 tbsp of cayenne pepper
½ tbsp of paprika
Olive Oil or cooking spray

Steps:

  • To make air fryer fried pickles, first, dry your sliced pickles to get excess juice off. You want them to be dry so the breading sticks to them.
  • Then, mix together the cayenne pepper, garlic powder, cajun spice, paprika, and salt in a bowl, whisking with the flour.
  • Pour the flour mixture into a large Ziploc bag and add your pickles, getting every bit coated in the flour mixture.
  • When coated, place parchment paper with holes down on the bottom of the air fryer basket or pan.
  • Using tongs, layer your pickles on the bottom of the air fryer basket or pan, careful not to overlap them or let them touch so they don’t get soggy. If you need to cook in batches, do so so they cook evenly and crispy.
  • Spray with cooking spray or olive oil. Set the air fryer to 400 and cook for 10 minutes. Using tongs, flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes.
