4 cups fresh green beans, diced
1 large onion, diced
4 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Steps:

  • Spray frying pan liberally with olive oil spray.
  • Saute green beans first over medium/medium-high heat, adding onion after about 1 minute.
  • After these have cooked for about 2 minutes, add garlic.
  • After another minute, top off with teriyaki sauce until all veggies are evenly coated. Green beans should be browned yet still crisp.
  • Serve immediately.

2 clove(s) sliced garlic
1/4 cup(s) low sodium teriyaki sauce
1 tablespoon(s) fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) fine sea salt

Steps:

  • Prep Pre Heat oven to 425 Lightly grease a large baking sheet Clean green beans and place in large bowl Add all ingredients,you can then immediately roast, but I find it tastes better if you let it sit in the bowl and marinate for 10-15 minutes
  • Cook Evenly spread beans onto baking sheet Roast for 10 minutes, take out and stir around, roast for another 10 minutes or until your desired tenderness
  • Recommendations Serve over white rice for a vegetarian meal Also delicious with grilled steak or chicken
