EASY TATER TOT™ HOTDISH RECIPE - TABLESPOON.COM
Whether or not you grew up in the Midwest, this classic Tater Tot™ hotdish (otherwise known as a casserole to you non-Midwesterners) is a dinnertime favorite, no matter where you're from. A creamy mix of ground beef, green beans, tater tots and melted cheese, this retro tater tot hotdish recipe delivers hearty comfort food deliciousness.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Brown beef, drain.
- Mix browned beef, salt, pepper, soup and green beans. Pour in casserole.
- Place Tater Tots™ on top of beef mixture. Then top off with cheddar cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Season with salt and pepper. , Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. Top with Tater Tots. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until heated through.
