EASY TATER TOT CASSEROLE - JUST A PINCH RECIPES
Very kid-friendly, this is a classic tater tot casserole. With one pound of ground meat and a few other ingredients, you can easily feed a family. Switch up the veggies with what you prefer. We opted for ground beef, but ground turkey would be great too. The soup mixture adds a creaminess that mixes with the tater tots. A weeknight meal that's perfect for a busy parent. If there is any left at the end of the meal, it heats up well for leftovers the next day.

Steps:
- Spread meat into a 13x9 greased casserole dish.
- At this point you can add a layer of your optional vegetable of choice.
- Combine the soups and milk.
- Cover vegetables with tater tots. Pour soup/milk sauce evenly over the tater tots.
- Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Add the cheese and bake for 10-15 more minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add the oil to a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft and beginning to brown, about 15 minutes. Add the beef to the onions and cook until the meat is brown, stirring and scraping the bottom of the skillet to release the yummy brown bits, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the beef and onion mixture from the skillet into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Scatter the green beans and corn evenly on top. Spread the cream of mushroom soup over top and top with frozen potato tots. Bake uncovered for 1 hour; the potato tots should be golden brown. Serve.
