Steps:
- Brown ground beef in large saucepan over medium heat.
- Add tomatoes, chili powder, soup mix, and beef broth.
- Simmer until liquid is almost absorbed. Cover, reduce heat and continue cooking ten more minutes.
- Scoop out avocado into small bowl and mash with fork.
- Add vinegar and salsa. Mix well.
- Grind a few shakes of sea salt and pepper into avocado mix, to taste.
- To assemble tacos fill shell with meat mixture, top with taco sauce to taste, layer cheese, avocado mixture, sour cream and any other condiments you prefer and enjoy!
- Feeds 6-8 or 4 hungry teenagers.

Steps:
- Put the onion and ground beef in a frying pan over medium-high heat, and cook till no longer pink, breaking up the beef with a spoon.
- Drain any grease, then add the tomato soup, water, chili powder, mustard, worcestershire sauce, and garlic salt; mix well.
- Turn to high heat and cook until mixture boils, stirring frequently.
- When it starts to boil, turn heat to low, and cook until mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- To serve, spoon some meat mixture into a taco shell, add lettuce, shredded cheddar, olives, sour cream and taco sauce.
- Makes 8-10 tacos, yum!

- Hard taco shells should be baked 4 minutes at 350 degrees F, or microwave 45 seconds. Soft 6-inch flour or corn tortillas can be heated in a dry skillet or on the grill. Only 30 seconds per side, or wrap in foil and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees F. You can also wrap in a damp towel and microwave 1 minute. Fillings would be the following: Ground Beef : Saute 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves in oil. Add 1 tablespoon chili powder; cook for 30 seconds. Add 1 pound ground pepper and cook until browned. Add 2 tablespoons broth, and salt to taste. Queso-Chorizo : Brown the diced dried chorizo in a skillet; remove with a slotted spoon. For veggie fillings: Dice some cucumbers and tomatoes, put in a bowl. Slice your choice of lettuce leaves, put in a bowl. For sauce toppings (optional) : Find the best salsa you like. Tostitos is good. If you like a selfmade salsa, this is my simplest way: Put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse to combine for 30 seconds or so until all the ingredients are finely chopped and salsa is desired consistency. Taste for seasoning and adjust to taste. For c heese toppings: Melt 1block cheese (your choice of cheese) in the skillet. Pour onto a bowl.
