1/4 cup toasted peanuts
1 cup sugar powder (around 100g)
1/8 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. lard or butter
3 tbsp. water
2 cups glutinous rice flour
1 cup warm water (, around 50 to 60 degree C.)
vegetable color powder ( purple sweet potato powder, pumpkin, carrot and spinach. )

1 tablespoon whisked egg
1/8 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon minced green onion
2 cups sticky rice flour+ more for dusting
1/4 cup boiling hot water +3/4 cup cold water
chicken broth as needed
chopped green onion
a small pinch of salt

one mall piece of dried seaweed
2 drops of sesame oil
