This seasoning makes any steak awesome. This is the best. It doesn't overpower the steak. I can't eat a steak out anymore because I always compare it to this seasoning.

4 teaspoons salt, or to taste
2 teaspoons paprika
1?½ teaspoons ground black pepper
¾ teaspoon onion powder
¾ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper, or to taste
¾ teaspoon ground coriander, or to taste
¾ teaspoon ground turmeric, or to taste
4 (16 ounce) t-bone steaks, at room temperature

Steps:

  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate. Stir the salt, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, coriander, and turmeric together in a small bowl; set aside.
  • Rub the steaks on all sides with the seasoning mixture. Cook on the preheated grill to your desired degree of doneness, 3 to 3 1/2 minutes per side for medium-rare. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 130 degrees F (54 degrees C).

3 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
2 tablespoon Onion Powder
2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 tablespoon Dried Oregano
1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
6 Boneless Ribeye Steak
1/2 cup Fresh Chives

Steps:

  • Mix together Salt (3 teaspoon), Smoked Paprika (2 tablespoon), Onion Powder (2 tablespoon), Garlic Powder (2 tablespoon), Dried Oregano (2 tablespoon), Ground Cumin (1 tablespoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 tablespoon).
  • Cover the Boneless Ribeye Steak (6) on all sides with the rub and gently press down. Place in a ziplock bag.
  • Mix together the Soy Sauce (1 cup) and Liquid Smoke (1/2 teaspoon) until well combined and add to the ziplock bag. Close the bag and mix the marinade all over the steak. Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the air fryer at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 5 minutes with the grill plate inside.
  • Place the steak into the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes, turning once.
  • Leave to rest for several minutes before serving. Top with Fresh Chives (1/2 cup). Enjoy!
