- Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients. Transfer to a deep-dish pie plate., Bake, uncovered, until edges are golden brown and onion is tender, 25-30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with pepper. Serve warm with crackers.
