1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
? cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
½ cup white sugar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish, or more to taste
1 tablespoon white vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon poppy seeds

Steps:

  • Pour coleslaw mix into a large bowl.
  • Whisk salad dressing, sugar, vegetable oil, horseradish, vinegar, salt, and poppy seeds together in a bowl until smooth; drizzle over coleslaw mix and toss to coat.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Nov 17, 2010 · I didn't have a bag of coleslaw so I just shredded a small head of cabbage and about 8 baby carrots. I didn't have miracle whip so I just used regular mayo, and I didn't have poppy seeds so I subbed celery seed. I would cut down the sugar to a little more than 1/4 cup next time because it was a little too sweet. Other than that this was excellent!
