2 chicken bouillon cubes (or powder)
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
5 ounces barbecue sauce (any brand you like)
5 ounces honey garlic barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup butter
4 tablespoons brown sugar
5 lbs chicken wings (tips removed & split in half.)

Steps:

  • Mix all sauce ingrediens in saucepan and heat to melt butter.
  • Deep fry wings in small batches and mix with sauce.

1 litre Vegetable oil
4 tablespoons Butter
4 units Habanero Peppers
Hot pepper sauce
Cayenne pepper
Chili powder
Crushed Red Pepper
Garlic

Steps:

  • "NOT FINISHED - WORK IN PROGRESS The Wings: Chop off the tip of each chicken wings, and discard it. Chop the wing in half (cutting at the joint) to make 2 pieces. Season lightly. Heat the oil over high heat in a deep skillet, Dutch oven, or deep-fat fryer until it starts to pop and sizzle (around 400 degrees F). Add the chicken wings and cook until they're golden and crisp, stirring or shaking occasionally. Season again half way through frying. When done, remove them to drain on paper towels. Sauce: Blend togeter.... Melt the butter or margarine over medium heat in a heavy saucepan, add the blended mixture and the 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar. Stir well and remove from the flame immediately. Place the chicken on a warm serving platter, pour the sauce on top, and serve. "
