3 cups sliced peeled apples (3 large)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons firm butter or margarine

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 325°F. Grease 9-inch glass pie plate. In medium bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg; place in pie plate.
  • In medium bowl, stir remaining filling ingredients until well blended. Pour over apple mixture in pie plate. In small bowl, mix all streusel ingredients until crumbly; sprinkle over filling.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator.

1 can (12 oz) solid white albacore tuna in water, drained
1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)
1 jar (15 oz) roasted garlic Alfredo pasta sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Progresso™ Italian style panko crispy bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, microwave vegetables as directed on package.
  • In large bowl, mix cooked pasta, vegetables, tuna, cheese blend, pasta sauce and milk; mix well.
  • Spoon mixture into baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
