RICE-STUFFED PEPPERS RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT

Rice-Stuffed Peppers Recipe: How to Make It image

The cheese sauce sets these stuffed peppers apart from any others I've tried. —Lisa Easley, Longview, Texas
