1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
40 slices pepperoni
1 egg
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper or baking mat.
  • Unroll 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dough sheet on cookie sheet. Using hands, spread dough evenly. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz) over dough, leaving 1/2-inch border around edges.
  • Place 40 slices pepperoni in rows over cheese. Fold short end of dough just over edge of pepperoni. Starting at the long end, roll dough, pinching to seal. Place seam side down on cookie sheet.
  • Mix 1 egg with 1 tablespoon water. Brush egg mixture over dough (you will have egg leftover).
  • Mix 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese and 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Sprinkle evenly over dough.
  • Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 2-inch pieces; serve with pizza sauce or marinara sauce for dipping.

1/2 lb. lean ground beef (at least 80% lean)
1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
1/4 cup pizza sauce
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped green and/or red bell pepper, if desired
1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Brown ground beef in medium skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain. Set aside.
  • Unroll dough; place on sprayed cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to form 12x8-inch rectangle.
  • Spread sauce over dough to within 2 inches of long sides and 1/2 inch of short sides. Place cooked ground beef lengthwise down center, forming 3-inch-wide strip and to within 1/2 inch of short sides. Top with cheese, bell pepper and Italian seasoning. Fold long sides of dough over filling; press edges to seal.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

  • Preheat oven to 500° and grease two large baking sheets with cooking spray. Divide pizza dough into 4 pieces. On a lightly floured surface, roll one piece of dough out into an 8" circle, about ¼" thick. Spoon pizza sauce in middle of dough, then dot with ricotta and top with pepperoni and mozzarella.  Gently fold dough in half, dampen seams with water and pinch together, then crimp edges all around. Repeat with remaining dough. Transfer to prepared baking sheets. Brush tops with oil and sprinkle with salt. Using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, slit tops in 2 to 3 spots to create steam vents.  Bake until tops are golden and filling is bubbling, 20 minutes, brushing with more oil halfway through.
