- Crush tortilla chips and sprinkle into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the beans, corn, tomatoes, tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Pour over chips. Sprinkle with cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 18-25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with lettuce, sour cream and salsa if desired.

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chilli flakes. Add drumsticks and toss to coat. Refrigerate and let marinate at least 30 minutes and up to overnight. Preheat oven to 240°C (220ºC fan). Place chicken on a large baking tray and bake until golden and internal temperature reaches 75°C, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
