1 cup 2% milk
1 cup sour cream
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
2 cups heavy whipping cream, whipped
8 cups cubed angel food cake
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the milk, sour cream, pudding mix and orange zest on low speed until thickened. Fold in whipped cream. , Place half the cake cubes in a 3-qt. glass bowl. Arrange a third of the strawberries around sides of bowl and over cake; top with half the pudding mixture. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining berries. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cold whole milk
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1-1/2 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 38 crackers)
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cans (21 ounces each) strawberry pie filling

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the sour cream; mix well. , In a small bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes. Stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping., In another small bowl, combine crackers and butter., In a 2-1/2-qt. trifle bowl, layer half each of the cream cheese mixture, the crumb mixture and the pie filling. Repeat layers. Refrigerate until serving.
