1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original yogurt strawberry, strawberry kiwi or strawberry mango
1/2 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 cup orange or pineapple juice
Pineapple chunks, strawberries or kiwifruit slices, if desired

Steps:

  • In blender, place yogurt, strawberries and juice. Cover; blend on medium speed about 2 minutes or until smooth.
  • Pour into serving glass. Garnish with pineapple. Serve immediately.

1 quart (4 cups) strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup sugar
2 1/3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, mix strawberries and 1/4 cup sugar; set aside.
  • In medium bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix, milk, 3 tablespoons sugar and the butter until soft dough forms. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by 6 spoonfuls.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form.
  • Split warm shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and whipped cream.

Set aside 1/3 cup for topping; sprinkle remaining nut mixture into a lightly greased 13x9-in. dish., In a large saucepan, combine the egg whites, 1 tablespoon sugar, water and cream of tartar over low heat. With a portable mixer, beat on low speed for 1 minute. Continue beating on low speed until mixture reaches 160°. Pour into a large bowl. Add strawberries, lemon juice and remaining sugar; beat on high for 8 minutes or until light and fluffy., In another large bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into strawberry mixture.
