Steps:
- Arrange a rack in the middle of the oven and heat to 450°F.
- Place chicken sausage on a rimmed baking sheet with the sweet potato gnocchi. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Spread in an even later and roast until the gnocchi is plump and lightly browned and the sausage is warmed, about 15 minutes. Drizzle with pesto and toss to coat.
