  • In a small pot, cook rice according to package instructions.  Meanwhile, pat pork dry with a paper towel and add to a medium bowl. Season with salt and toss with cornstarch until coated. In the bowl of a mini food processor, pulse garlic, anchovy, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, and pepper until blended; set aside. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Cook snow peas and bell pepper until tender, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a plate. Return skillet to high heat and add remaining 1 tablespoon oil. When oil is almost smoking, add pork. Cooked until no longer pink and crispy, about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium heat, then return vegetables and add half the sauce to the pan. Stir quickly to coat pork and vegetables in glaze. (Be careful—the sauce can burn due to the sugar.) Add remaining half sauce until you reach your desired sauciness.  Garnish with green onions and serve with steamed rice.

STIR-FRIED BITTER GOURD WITH PORK BELLY RECIPE - SIMPLE ...
Rarely go to the supermarket early in the morning. Last weekend, after sending children to take the Go test, I went to the supermarket by the way. I didn’t expect that there were more people visiting the supermarket in the morning than in the evening. As a housewife, after entering the supermarket, she pays more attention to the products that are closely related to daily life. So after entering the supermarket, she went straight to the vegetable and fruit section and found that the supermarket’s vegetables were quite fresh and inexpensive, so she took the opportunity to choose Some vegetables and fruits go home, one of which is bitter gourd, which seems to have not been bought this summer. The taste of bitter gourd is a bit bitter, and many people can't accept it. Children don't like it even more. In order to make him eat a little bit, he adds a bit of pork belly, which increases his appetite and reduces the bitterness of bitter gourd.

THAI SPICY BASIL & PORK BELLY STIR-FRY - MARION'S KITCHEN
I’m a big fan of the flavour pork belly brings to a dish, and this spicy Thai stir-fry is no exception. Deep-frying it to begin with gives you a gorgeous crispy texture (make sure you don’t overcrowd the pan), and then the spicy chillies really bring this one home! Do try and look for Thai basil for a more authentic flavour, but if not, Italian basil is a great back-up option.
From marionskitchen.com
  • Combine the pork, white pepper and 1 tsp of salt. Coat the pork with flour. Pour the oil for deep frying into a large saucepan or wok over high heat. When the oil is hot, deep fry the pork in batches. Drain on paper towel and set aside. Use a mortar and pestle to pound the chillies, garlic and ½ tsp salt to a rough paste. Mix the oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar in a small bowl. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the chilli paste and cook for 30 seconds. Add the pork and the stir-fry sauce and toss until well combined. Add the holy basil and toss until just wilted. Remove from heat and serve. *NOTE: Holy basil (called ‘bai grapao’ in Thai) is also known as hot or spicy basil. It can be found at Asian or Thai-specialty grocery stores. Substitute Thai basil or regular Italian basil if unavailable.
