Steps:
- "Mix broth, sugar, vinegar, ketchup and soy sauce. Put in bag and freeze. Mix egg and milk. Dip each chicken breast in milk mixture and then coat thoroughly with cornstarch. Place on wax papered baking sheet and freeze until hard. Place in bag. To serve, thaw and then brown both sides of the chicken breasts. Place chicken in 9x13 pan and pour sauce over. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes."

- Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Bake a further 30 minutes, or until pieces are tender and cooked through.
