- 1. Combine 1 grapefruit worth of wedges, honey, and rosemary in a large pitcher; mash with a muddler or wooden spoon. Add grapefruit juice, vodka or bourbon, and lime juice; stir to combine. Serve over ice garnished with remaining grapefruit wedges.

- In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, stir honey with 1 tablespoon very hot water (from the tap) until dissolved. Fill shaker halfway with ice and top with tequila, grapefruit juice, and lime juice. Shake vigorously until outside of shaker is cold and frosty, about 10 seconds.
- Strain into a tall, narrow glass, such as a Collins, filled with crushed ice. Stir with a swizzle stick or straw until glass turns frosty, about 10 seconds. Garnish with grapefruit rind; serve immediately.
