- Heat a grill or cast-iron skillet over the stove to hot. Pat seasoned Sirloin Steak (2 pound) dry and place on grill or skillet. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side to the desired temperature.
- Allow steaks to rest 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with Lettuce Leaf (to taste), Green Cabbage (to taste), Cucumber (to taste), and White Rice (to taste).
