We finally tried the super easy TikTok-famous whipped lemonade recipe that stole whipped coffee's spotlight—and we don't know what we were waiting for.

Number Of Ingredients 8

Ingredients

½ cup heavy whipping cream
or 1 cup of store-bought whipped cream
2 cups ice
2 lemons
zested and juiced
¼ to ? cup sweetened condensed milk
to taste
? teaspoon Kosher salt

Steps:

If making your own whipped cream, whip heavy whipping cream in a medium bowl with a hand mixer or whisk, until stiff peaks form
To a high-powered blender, add whipped cream, ice, lemon zest and juice, sweetened condensed milk and salt
Blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds until mixture is thoroughly blended
Spoon into your favorite glass and garnish with a slice of lemon

4 cups water
2 cups coarsely chopped peaches
¾ cup sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
4 cups ice
1 peach, pitted and cut into 8 wedges

Steps:

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes. Place peach mixture in a blender; let stand for 20 minutes. Remove center piece of blender lid (to allow steam to escape); secure blender lid on blender. Place a clean towel over opening in blender lid. Blend until smooth. Pour into a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Press peach mixture through a sieve over a bowl, reserving liquid; discard solids. Stir in lemon juice. Place 1/2 cup ice in each of 8 glasses. Pour about 2/3 cup lemonade into each glass; garnish each glass with 1 peach wedge.

Place potatoes in a large pot; cover with cold salted water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until tender, 15 to 18 minutes, adding peas during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and return vegetables to the pot. Add lemon zest and juice and 2 tablespoons oil; mash. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, heat remaining tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook to desired degree of doneness, 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer steak to cutting board and let rest 5 minutes before slicing; reserve skillet. Reduce heat to medium. Add shallots to reserved skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, 2 to 4 minutes. Add wine and 1/4 cup water. Cook, scraping up any browned bits with a wooden spoon, until liquid is reduced by half, 4 to 6 minutes; remove from heat. Add butter and swirl pan to melt; stir in juices from cutting board. Season with salt and pepper. Serve steak topped with sauce and potatoes alongside.
