STARBUCKS CRANBERRY BLISS BAR - TOP SECRET RECIPES
Each holiday season Starbucks brings out one of its most beloved dessert recipes: a soft triangle of white chocolate and cranberry cake covered with delicious creamy lemon frosting and dried cranberries. But when the holidays are over, the Bliss Bars go back into hiding until next season. That's when we bust out our copycat Starbucks Cranberry Bliss Bar recipe. The cake is flavored with bits of crystallized ginger that you can find in most markets near the herbs and spices. Be sure to finely mince the chunks of ginger before adding them, since ginger has a strong flavor, and you don't want anyone biting into whole chunk. For the white chocolate, one 4-ounce bar of Ghirardelli white chocolate will give you the perfect amount of chunks after you chop it up. If you can't find that brand, any brand of white chocolate will do, or you can use 4 ounces of white chocolate chips. STARBUCKS PEPPERMINT MOCHA RECIPE - FOOD.COM
Very close to the real thing. This recipe is amazing. I became obsessed with the real thing but at $5 a pop I deicided that I needed to find a cheaper alternative. So I went on the search for the recipe and the right machine and I experimented and Ta Da, we have a WONDERFUL knockoff.

Steps:
- Combine 3 Tbsp Baking Cocoa with 3 Tbsp warm water to make into a rich syrup. Pour into a 16 ounce mug.
- Add espresso
- Add Peppermint syrup.
- Steam milk and add to remainder of cup.
- Garnish with whipped cream and sugar crystals.
- Note: To make espresso (for 2 servings of this recipe) for those who do not know how, follow the directions below. Don't let the thought scare you it is almost as easy as making regular american coffee- it just takes a little practice:
- Buy a $30 machine (Mr. Coffee ECM250 is good).
- Put water into carafe up to band and put into machine.
- Put coffee (any kind of finely ground) into filter head and pack down well.
- Turn on and brew until carafe fills to 4 cup line that way there is still enough water in machine to steam milk.
- Switch to steam mode and steam milk (if you do not have a frothing pitcher a 12 oz ceramic mug will work filled half way with milk but takes 2 fill ups to make one serving of this recipe).
- Follow recipe and enjoy!

If you've got an espresso/cappuccino machine you're well on your way to recreating a top-choice Starbucks coffee drink. For the caramel part, you can use any caramel sauce that you find in the grocery store near the ice cream toppings. Pick your favorite. Just note that to make this recipe work best you'll only need 3 tablespoons of a richer caramel sauce (like the stuff Starbucks uses), but more like 4 tablespoons of a lighter sauce (such as fat-free Smuckers). For the vanilla syrup you can use the bottled syrups, such as those made by Torani, or just whip up a your own clone from scratch. By the way, if you want to make this clone super accurate, pick up bottles of the authentic vanilla syrup and caramel sauce sold in Starbucks stores.
