This goes great on a green salad with black beans, avocado, and bacon crumbles. If it's too strong for you for a salad, try pouring it over chicken breasts instead. Cut back on the cayenne for less heat, or add more honey if you like it sweeter.

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast (fortified is best for nutrients)
1 can aquafaba (canned chickpea water/juice )
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vegan Mayo or vegan yogurt
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Combine the dry seasonings in a mixing bowl and whisk
  • Whisk in the lemon juice followed by the Mayo
  • then add the mustard and whisk again vigorously until thoroughly combined
  • Lastly slowly add aquafaba and whisk vigorously again until thoroughly combined
