4 (6-ounce) corn tortillas
1 teaspoon olive oil
Cooking spray
? teaspoon salt
? teaspoon ground cumin

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Brush each tortilla with 1/4 teaspoon oil. Cut each tortilla into 8 triangles. Place triangles on a large nonstick baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Combine salt and cumin; sprinkle over triangles. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until triangles begin to lightly brown at edges. Remove from oven; cool.

1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon medium-heat chili powder
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
16 inches flour tortillas
nonstick cooking spray

Steps:

  • Combine salt, chili powder and lime juice in a cup; mix well. Brush lightly over each tortilla. Cut each tortilla into 8 wedges. Spread tortilla wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Toast in a preheated 400° oven for 7-9 minutes or until chips are lightly browned and crisp.
  • Remove from oven. Cool. Chips will firm up as they cool.
