This salad get its kick from ground red pepper. You can go hotter or milder by adjusting the amount of red pepper

6 ounces whole wheat pasta or 6 ounces buckwheat noodles
1/3 cup sweet red pepper, diced
1/4 cup scallion, chopped
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or 1/4 cup tamari
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon macadamia nuts, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/2 teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • In a large pot of boiling water over medium high heat cook the pasta for 8 minutes or until tender.
  • Drain well and place in a large bowl Add the red peppers, scallions, soy sauce or tamari, oil, ginger, nuts, garlic, cilantro, ground red pepper and honey.
  • Toss well.
  • Let the salad marinate for 1 hour before serving.

4 chicken legs
1 garlic
dried chillies
peanuts
Ginger, star anise, caraway
Pepper salt
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon edible oil
2 tablespoon cooking wine
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon 5 spice powder

Steps:

  • Here is an overview of the ingredients used. Sliced chili are extremely sharp, so half of the chili are here cut open and the other half yet.
  • The chicken into small pieces chop. The chicken for 30 minutes in a teaspoon of salt, a tablespoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon 5 spice powder, half a teaspoon of sugar, two tablespoons of cooking wine and marinate half a teaspoon of cooking oil.
  • Boil some water. Lay the marinated chicken and bring to a boil. Then add a tablespoon of white wine and a few slices of ginger give added. All bring to a boil again. then pick up the chicken from the water and drain.
